About the transfer-of-ownership path
- Denver's own local renewal fee is charged separately and is not published on DR 8400, so no figure for it appears here.
- The Beer & Wine license fee is DR 8500's city column, which C.R.S. 44-3-505(1)(c)(I) applies to premises in a city and county.
- A transfer of ownership adds a DR 8004 wholesaler affidavit from each wholesaler that sold alcohol to the seller in the preceding 180 days (1 CCR 203-2 Reg 47-305(A)).
- The temporary permit is asked for by a signed and dated letter filed with the transfer application, no later than 30 days after it (C.R.S. 44-3-303(3)(c)). Denver records its decision on the permit in its own section of DR 8404, page 14.
- Concurrent review is for a new license only, so it is not offered on a transfer.
